This gentle Mastin girl has been in foster care for the last 4 years after arriving at the pound with Cherry Eye. Thanks to the love and care she’s received, she’s made a remarkable recovery and she’s absolutely thriving.

At around 40kgs, Candela is a big girl with an even bigger heart. She adores gentle fuss and affection, and would flourish in a calm, quiet home away from loud noises and busy traffic. She gets along well with other dogs, though she would likely be nervous around cats.

Candela does have Leishmaniasis, but it’s well-managed with inexpensive daily medication, and she has no ill-health related to it. We would be happy to provide lots more information and guidance to anyone that is interested in her.
